>WOOHOO!!!! Cross-training day! I did yoga (warrior, sun salutation, half-moon, size twist), aerobics (hula hoops, super hula hoops, boxing), and strength training (lotus blossom.) LOVE THE WII!!!

Intervals tomorrow are run for 2 minutes, walk for 3…. hope I’m in the middle of the pack and not in the back!!!!
