>Thursday was our second night to run with our Thursday coach. I think she’s more my style than our Tuesday coach! I did a better job of hydrating and the run went much better!!! We even did a gigantic hill and I ran better than Tuesday! I was also able to go the entire 3 miles without much pain.
I have had sore shins and calves this week but I’m working on stretching those muscles out! But that didn’t stop me from running!!
Overall, a very good run!
Also, I really like the group of people I get to run with. It’s a small group, but everyone’s pretty easy going!
